Dr Matt Smith Pilots Working From Home for Bettr Online Doctors

With the sudden shift to Level 4 lockdown for New Zealand, Bettr Online Doctors made the move to set up a working from home pilot, trialling doctors to complete shifts and provide online consultations at home. Last Tuesday, Dr Matt Smith completed the very first, Bettr home consultation. His initial thoughts on the process were entirely positive.
