Our GPs and nurses are able to offer extensive care, across a wide range of medical practise. At White Cross St Luke’s, you can receive urgent care for a number of health issues from minor to urgent. Our GPs and nurses will carefully assess your condition and take prompt action – performing services such as plastering, suturing, wound care and more.
Our staff will also guide you through your situation and decide on whether or not you will need further treatment. We are able to refer you to specialist clinics for any further problems that would be better treated by a specialist.
White Cross St Lukes is ACC accredited, offering the highest quality care for injuries.
Bettr is an online service which enables you to book a consultation with one of our GPs and nurses. We recommend that you book Bettr consultations for all non-urgent care. One of our team will determine if we think you should come into the clinic to receive medical help.

If your need isn’t urgent, but you’re still unsure whether to see a Bettr doctor or to visit a clinic, you might be surprised just how much we can take care of in an online consultation. Most common health concerns can be tended to easily and effectively. Even repeat prescriptions are easy via Bettr. (Prescriptions for new or restricted medicines might require an in-person visit).
If you have had an online appointment but your Bettr doctor thinks you do need to see a doctor in-person, we’ll refer you to our nearest clinic. Your in-person visit will be either free, or you’ll just pay the cost difference between your original online appointment, and your in-person follow-up. Your Bettr doctor may
refer you to a nearby clinic if we feel as though your needs will be better met in person.
If your health concern requires a physical treatment or test (like immunisations, a cervical, prostate or other exam, or skin tag and wart removal for example) it’s likely best for you to head into one of our walk-in GP clinics.
