Bettr can be accessed online and offers a convenient and efficient way to seek medical help. We recommend Bettr for non-urgent health care, if you require urgent help then we recommend visiting your closest clinic.
Our clinic is linked to the same system as Bettr, meaning your records are available wherever you need them.

We pride ourselves on providing a warm and friendly environment for our patients. Members of our team speak English, Tongan and Hindi – allowing us to communicate with people from all walks of life.
Fees start at $10 for enrolled adults with a Community Services Card or $15 without a CSC card, these fees only apply to those who are enrolled with us. Bettr, our online consultation service is also accessible for those who are enrolled. Appointments are free for children under 14 whether they are enrolled or not.
Whether you are visiting the clinic, or have booked a Bettr consultation, you will be surprised by how much you can take away from either service. Most common health concerns can be tended to easily and effectively. Prescriptions are also available via our Bettr service.
If you need to see a doctor in-person following your Bettr online appointment, we can refer you to the clinic nearest ours. Your visit will either be free, or you will pay the cost difference between your original online appointment and a follow up.
If you are required to have physical treatment, we recommend you visit our clinics in-person.
