We offer effective services for our patients whether you visit the clinic physically or book into one of our Bettr online consultations. Prescriptions are available through our online service, Bettr.
If you need to see a doctor in-person following your Bettr appointment, we will refer you to the clinic nearest ours. Your visit will either be free, or you will pay the cost difference between your original online appointment and a follow up.
If you are required to have physical treatment, we recommend you visit our clinics in-person. We also recommend that you visit the clinic, rather than booking an online Bettr consultation for anything urgent.
