Lunn Ave Urgent Care and GP are committed to assisting you with all of your healthcare needs. We are able to provide both urgent care and general practice medical services, where you can enrol and be seen by our great team of GPs and nurses.
Lunn Ave is a part of the White Cross network of 11 high-quality urgent care and general practice clinics located in Whangarei, Auckland, Palmerston North and Christchurch. Offering urgent care, we are both a walk-in and by-appointment clinic. Our opening hours are Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm.

What we care for
At Lunn Ave Urgent Care and GP, our GP services are here to help you recover from coughs, colds, and other short term illnesses. We can help you to bounce back from minor injuries and manage your long-term health issues, including asthma and diabetes. All of your screenings and immunisations can be done at our clinic.
Bettr, supporting our clinics
Bettr is our online service which enables you to see one of our team members from the comfort of your own home. This is an alternative option to coming into the clinic, and we encourage it for non-emergency GP visits. Our GPs can also refer you to other health services, locally, and regionally when needed.

Costs
Fees start at $19 for enrolled adults with a Community Services Card or $45 without a CSC card, these fees apply to those of our patients who are enrolled with us. Our online consultation service is available to those who are enrolled with us at Leabank Health Centre. Appointments are free for children under 14 whether they are enrolled or not.

Online or a clinic, what's best?
Both our physical and online consultations are effective services for our patients. Most common health concerns can be tended to easily and effectively. Prescriptions are available for our online services, Bettr.
If you need to see a doctor in-person following your Bettr online appointment, we can refer you to the clinic nearest ours. Your visit will either be free, or you will pay the cost difference between your original online appointment and a follow up.
If you are required to have physical treatment, we recommend you visit our clinics in-person. We also recommend that you visit the clinic, rather than booking an online Better consultation for anything urgent.
