With our online service, Bettr, you are able to see one of our team members from the comfort of your home. We offer an alternative to visiting a physical clinic for non-emergency check-ups. Fees start at $10 for enrolled adults with a Community Services Card or $15 without a CSC card, these fees apply to those of our patients who are enrolled with us. Our online consultation service is available to those who are enrolled with us at Lincoln Road Medical Centre. Appointments are free for children under 14 whether they are enrolled or not.

If you need to see a doctor in-person following your Bettr online appointment, we can refer you to the clinic nearest ours. Your visit will either be free, or you will pay the cost difference between your original online appointment and a follow up.
