Our online service, Bettr, will be determined by your doctor. If your care is urgent, they will refer you to a physical visit to the clinic. Kolmar Road will be available to see you in this instance. All information for your Bettr appointment will be available to the clinic, ensuring you receive the care you need. Follow up care can also be provided by Bettr following your first few appointments.

Fees start at $10 for enrolled adults with a Community Services Card or $15 without a CSC card, these fees apply to those of our patients who are enrolled with us. Our online consultation service is available to those who are enrolled with us at Kolmar Road. Appointments are free for children under 14 where they are enrolled or not.

Both our physical and online consultations are effective services for our patients. Most common health concerns can be tended to easily and effectively. Prescriptions are available for our online services, Bettr.
If you need to see a doctor in-person following your Bettr online appointment, we can refer you to the clinic nearest ours. Your visit will either be free, or you will pay the cost difference between your original online appointment and a follow up.
If you are required to have physical treatment, we recommend you visit our clinics in-person. We also recommend that you visit the clinic, rather than booking an online Better consultation for anything urgent.
