We are open by-appointment only and ensure that you are provided with the highest of quality care when assisting your needs. The team at Chapel Road are conveniently located on Chapel Road, with public transport nearby. Parking is also available on-site.

Our GPs and nurses are here to help you with all of your health concerns. We are skilled at treating and managing long-term health issues such as depression, asthma and diabetes. The team at Chapel Park will ensure you keep up-to-date with screenings, immunisations and more, so you and your family can stay well. Private dental and pharmacy services are available on site, so additional treatment is easy to get.

Bettr’s online services are the perfect alternative to in-person appointments, providing you with a balance of convenience alongside the comfort and confidence of complete general practice services with a doctor that’s close to you. Bettr’s accessible online care enables you to seek health related advice in the evening or weekend, when our clinic is closed.
Chapel Park’s GP team is able to assist you with most general health services, specialising in both physical and mental wellbeing support. The team at Chapel Park are able to provide a range of physical services that Bettr can’t remotely, such as procedures, examinations, tests, screens and more. Patients enrolled with our clinic network also benefit from reduced rates for Bettr appointments, at just $15 per appointment (or free for children under 14).
Our clinic is linked to the same system as Bettr, meaning your records are available wherever you need them.

Our team is warm, attentive and ready to help. We have a range of languages spoken in our clinic, including English, Punjabi, Hindi, Tongan and Cook Islands Maori.
Pricing
Fees start at $10 for enrolled adults with a Community Services Card or $15 without a CSC card. Bettr, our online consultation service is also accessible for those who are enrolled. Appointments are free for children under 14 whether they are enrolled or not.

Online or a clinic, which to choose?
Whether you are visiting the clinic, or have booked a Bettr consultation, you will be surprised by how much you can take away from either service. Most common health concerns can be tended to easily and effectively. Prescriptions are also available via our Bettr service.
If you need to see a doctor in-person following your Bettr online appointment, we can refer you to the clinic nearest ours. Your visit will either be free, or you will pay the cost difference between your original online appointment and a follow up.
If you are required to have physical treatment, we recommend you visit our clinics in-person.
A Public Holiday surcharge applies on Anzac Day, Thursday 25th April.
Registered patients will be $65 and $99 for non-registered patients on this day.
