One Year & Three Clinics Later - Things Just Get Bettr & Bettr!

Last week, July 1^st marked a huge milestone for the Bettr Online Doctors service – our one year anniversary since we first launched our Bettr online GP services to help our community access affordable, quality healthcare without the wait times and from anywhere that’s most convenient to them.

Over the past year we’ve expanded gradually, beginning with the first Bettr Hub in Otahuhu, followed by our second satellite clinic in Lincoln Road, and finally as of today – opening our third clinic at Local Doctors Otara Mall.

Since its inception patient feedback has been extremely positive, and the number of patients we see daily has grown significantly. In the past 6-months, Bettr has seen over 10,000 online consultations. Of these, 82% were made up of our enrolled patients, and 46% of those were within our Pacific and Maori communities. This only further proves the value that Bettr adds to those within our care.

We’re incredibly proud of the massive growth that the Bettr services has experienced over the past year, and is the result of the combined efforts of our IT, Marketing, MSO team and of course the dedicated Bettr Doctors who provide outstanding services to our patients every day.
