Bettr is part of the White Cross and Local Doctors network – New Zealand’s largest privately-owned primary healthcare group. To access government-subsidised healthcare in New Zealand, you must be enrolled with a physical GP clinic - that means enrolling with one of our Local Doctors or White Cross GP practices.

Bettr is a virtual clinic, so although you can’t enrol directly with us, you can enrol with a GP clinic in our network, which will allow you to access our online doctors at the reduced enrolled-patient rate.

Not enrolled with us? No problem.

You can still use Bettr as a casual patient. This includes people enrolled elsewhere. Just note that the consultation cost will be a little higher, as your enrolment funding remains with your current clinic and doesn't help subsidise the care you receive from us.
